JOB SUMMARY:

The Landscape Design Associate is responsible for all aspects of landscape architectural assignments from utilizing graphic programs, site planning, construction estimating, construction detailing, and project implementation. The Landscape Design Associate is versed in design concepts, basic planting design, hardscape materials, stormwater management, layout, and grading.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform site analysis, conceptual design, design development, and construction detailing
Navigate software programs: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop/Indesign, Microsoft Office
Perform landscape architectural assignments with minimal supervision
Work with internal departments to coordinate drawing sets
Consult with manufacturers and material vendors to identify best products
Conduct estimating take-offs and draft proposals for review
Generate presentation drawings for large projects, imagery, and digital presentations
