Director Strategic Sourcing (Finance)

We are seeking a high-impact Director to lead the strategic and operational management of a key global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) supplier. This role is responsible for overseeing a high-spend, high-complexity supplier relationship critical to the Honeywell's performance, driving improvements in cost, quality, delivery, compliance, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in supplier relationship management, contract manufacturing, and cross-functional leadership within a global, matrixed organization. A proven track record of managing difficult suppliers, mitigating risk, and improving performance is essential.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8 years of combined experience in procurement, supply chain, and compliance
  • Proven experience leading teams with complex compliance requirements
  • Experience leading direct reports

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor degree
  • Complex and Large Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
  • Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management
  • Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
  • Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
  • Understanding of FAR and DFARS, or demonstrated working knowledge
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular assessments of the suppliers processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards

Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/NFARS and Aerospace Policies

Lead function and business to align with the overall Business strategy and drive results

Manage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and transformation

Build a world-class Supplier relationship management.

Other responsibilities as required to support the business and be flexible to change and functional transformation.
