Grow Here .The Project Manager I supports the clinical research division of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. This position is responsible for managing the division's clinical trials projects, grants and related contracts. This position is primarily responsible for managing resources of the division to ensure that projects meet their deliverables and timelines.

Develops project schedules, plans and coordinates study visits across multiple trials to ensure projects meet their deliverables and timelines.

Coordinates study visits including performing study interventions, contacting participants for recruitment and completing project tasks as appropriate.
\n
Communicates project goals, monitors project progress, and adjusts resources as necessary to keep the project on track. Track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management.
\n
Develops and implements policies, standards, procedures and operational guides to document best standards, practices, and regulatory requirements; Completes logs, adverse event reporting and prepares data.
