The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Finance Manager - USAC Dental Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead financial performance oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across business segments for the Dental Solutions business in the U.S. and in Canada
  • Develop and deliver monthly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis, key metrics, and strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to sales, marketing, customer operations, and supply chain to drive decision-making and resource optimization.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively, recommending actions to improve profitability and growth.
  • Help mentor and coach individuals within the finance organization; foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, SOX, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Drive digital transformation and automation within the finance function to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or higher AND (seven) 7 years of progressive experience in business finance, manufacturing finance, and/or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of progressive experience in business finance, manufacturing finance, and/or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 5 + years of managing financial operations for a global or multinational business with $500M+ in annual revenue
  • Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
  • Communication and influencing skills; experience presenting to executive leadership.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
