Lead Analyst, Graphic & Messaging Designer - Evernorth Health Services - Hybrid (Finance)



Position Overview

The Lead Analyst, Graphic & Messaging Designer supports Evernorth sales and client retention. This role is responsible for:

  • Designing visually engaging content for digital and print use, including infographics, charts, and PowerPoint presentations tailored to sales and client-facing needs
  • Writing and editing clear, concise, and persuasive copy to support visual storytelling, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand voice
  • Collaborating with sales, account management, marketing, and subject matter experts to gather input and translate business concepts into effective visual and written narratives
  • Partnering with project managers and writers to integrate graphic and written content into cohesive sales packages and presentations
  • Interpreting company initiatives, solutions, and data to develop content that simplifies and enhances understanding for diverse audiences
  • Contributing to the evolution of design and writing standards, recommending improvements to content strategy, formatting, and engagement techniques
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance across all written and visual deliverables
  • Managing multiple content development projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and supporting ad-hoc projects that enhance team efficiency and output
  • Working collaboratively within a matrixed organization, contributing to team-based projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in graphic design, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and content development, with a strong portfolio showcasing both visual and written work
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office; experience with Allego and SharePoint preferred
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences
  • Experience in digital marketing and content strategy
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Familiarity with healthcare or health insurance industry preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
