DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (Marketing)

In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in shaping and executing digital marketing and social media strategies that fuel brand growth and attract new customers. You'll collaborate with talented internal teams and top-tier external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, engaging content, and measurable results.

As a key member of our Marketing Department, you'll monitor performance metrics, optimize ROI, and help elevate our digital presence across platforms. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy Management

  • Responsible for planning, developing strategies, and managing the division's digital marketing and advertising objectives. This includes annual planning, managing agency relationships, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and oversee all digital advertising efforts, which encompass display advertising, social media advertising, geo-targeted marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Attract new customers through various digital advertising methods, lead generation strategies, email marketing, product review management, and native advertising.
  • Assist consumers throughout their buying journey by creating plans that effectively support them during critical product decision points.

Agency Management

  • Responsible for managing relationships with agencies that oversee advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, monitoring their key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal employees, dealers, consumers, and team members to create digital campaigns and projects, coordinating with multiple agencies for effective execution.
  • Provide leadership for all digital initiatives, ensuring that projects remain within budget, adhere to timelines, and meet scope requirements.

Social Media Management

  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing department to create engaging and effective content, managing it within an established annual content calendar.
  • Develop monthly social media plans that include product communications, photo planning, copywriting, cause marketing, and brand loyalty strategies for platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Create content that aligns with the brand's personality and guidelines.
  • Develop plans to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other marketing communications.

Website and Email Content Management

  • Manage website content, including products, reviews, news, and blog articles. Assist in populating content through the content management system. Collaborate with the website vendor to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Responsible for monthly internal and dealer communications.

Metric Measurement Management

  • Develop and implement established metric measurement plans to achieve and exceed annual goals.
  • Establish metric goals and create a KPI dashboard for digital and social media initiatives and projects to monitor progress against the identified KPIs.
  • Coordinate the analysis of KPIs and metrics for social media, digital, and website performance.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to gain insights into our customers' purchasing journey and create programs and strategies to better engage and respond to them.
  • Use tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot) to consolidate and monitor consumer responses to campaigns.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in digital strategy and/or digital marketing
  • Ag industry experience is a plus
  • Prior experience managing social and digital platforms
  • Prior experience in the planning, creation, and implementation of digital marketing strategies
  • Prior experience with e-commerce marketing is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead multiple agencies, develop project briefs, and manage budgets
  • Prior experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant reporting platforms
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
