Maintenance Mechanic (Finance)

Pay Range: $23/hr - $31/hr, based on experience
Shifts: 7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm | 11pm-7am (rotating every 6 weeks)

What You'll Do

• Keep production equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively
• Work with a variety of machines - from presses and cutters to conveyors and bindery equipment
• Use tools ranging from micrometers and calipers to welders and lathes to repair, adjust, or even fabricate parts
• Rotate through a 3-shift schedule with overtime opportunities to support production needs

What You'll Bring

• Experience with precision measuring tools and test equipment
• Strong mechanical skills using both hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Physical ability to lift, move, and work with equipment and parts (up to 50 lbs)
