Job Location: Irvine, California
Job Type: Full Time
Rate of Pay: $140,358.00 - $158,100.00 / per year
Job Duties: Provide technical support for Supply Chain and Logistic applications including Middleware/ERP and other technologies. Deliver solutions to technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies. Take ownership of technical issues. Work with infrastructure, networking, and database, process groups to resolve the issues and perform troubleshooting. Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. Provide training to customers. Research and file reports regarding technical issues. Report defects and recommend product improvement. Contribute to product knowledge, Disaster Recovery plans and procedures, and Quality Assurance processes and ITIL process adherence including change management, incident management and problem management procedures.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in an information technology project management - related occupation.
Telecommuting / working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
