Who should apply?
- Applications are accepted fromcollege students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time
- A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2026 thru spring 2028)
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is required to be considered for this internship

Position Summary
Under close supervision, performs functional duties for assigned division. Performs special projects as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an ERIE Experience Intern, you will:
- Design an experience or process aligned with ERIE's model and strategy
- Collaborate with Agents, Customers & Employees to define and drive change
- Gathering feedback & insights
- Responsible for data & metrics tracking
- Engage with multi-faceted teams to research new ways of doing business
- Conducts research, gathers information, and assists in creating presentations as required
- Performs various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives

Qualifications
Minimum Educational Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required.
Additional Experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
