What You'll Be Doing:

As the OPC Corporate Admin, you would be the primary contact for OPC Branch Administration at the corporate level, responsible for coodrinating business activities to Branch Administrative Specialsit to maintain continuity of administrative services.  This position facilitates communication, develops administrative efficiencies with branch admins and provides administrative support to the respective company functions (operations, service, accounting, HR/Payroll, etc.) within the Corporate Office.

  • Reviews cancellations, $0 jobs, distribute to Service Managers the duplicate appointment report;
  • Compile non-serviced list/subscription holds; report cancellation rates to management;
  • Create seasonal updates for reminder calls, monthly/weekly program calls, welcome emails, etc.;
  • Assist with CRM cleanup as needed; set up new job types, users, flag codes, etc. in CRM systems
  • Research & implement new CRM features;
  • Perform database maintenance and generate region reports / audits with assistance from Customer Service Representatives; use CSRs to help with updates as needed;
  • Maintain Branch Policies/Procedures and scheduling consistent with corporate policy across all branches;
  • Run initial commission reports on a weekly basis, send to RM for approval; forward to payroll;
  • Provide reports to division support, marketing/admin/accounting;
  • Encourages staff to follow OPC's P.E.S.T. core values;
  • Monitor and responds to emails in various administrative inboxes.
  • Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints.
  • Provides communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.
  • Recommends procedures to improve efficiency of branches from a corporate office standpoint.
  • Performs corporate office admin support such as mailing, posting, bulk copying, supplies, office equipment maintenance calls, corporate function meals and coordinating events;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be able to work onsite in our Jeffersontown, Kentucky Corporate Office and be able to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check and drug screen.

  • Experience in home services industry is preferred  
  • Preferred candidate will have at least 2 years of relative CRM experience 
  • Must have advanced keyboarding skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with minimal error rate
