Commercial Account Manager (Marketing)



The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships while driving sales of TBR (Truck and Bus Radial) products. This role focuses on account management, new business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and strategic sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying client needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends and industry insights.

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the commercial truck or tire industry. 

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered if it supports successful performance in the role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and the ability to learn and apply MicroStrategy tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while inspiring and motivating others.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 75% or more by air and automobile as required by the role.

Must be capable of standing, sitting, moving, stooping, crouching, and using hands and fingers for extended periods. Requires good hearing and verbal communication skills. Physical demands may also include walking on level surfaces, reaching above and below waist level, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Must be able to participate in strenuous outdoor activities in various environments, including truck yards and rugged off-road locations. The role involves frequent travel, including flights and car travel, and requires working in diverse environments such as motorsport venues, customer sites, restaurants, entertainment venues, and offices. Must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions depending on customer location.
