Sr HVAC Controls field Service Technician (Finance)
The HVAC Controls - Sr. Field Service Technician responds to and resolve complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material, and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers will have various products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems category as well as their associated computer systems.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.Deliver expert support for HVAC control systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with teams to implement customer-focused solutions. Conduct training, stay informed on industry advancements, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Must Have
- 2 years of experience in field service engineering, with a focus on HVAC control systems
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC control technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
