Advanced Test Engineer (Finance)



As an Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing advanced engineering projects within the Engineering Test Services ValFac team. This team specializes in producing high-performance custom simulation bench designs for testing and validation purposes. Your expertise in project management and technical engineering will contribute to the overall success of our projects, enabling our customers to optimize their operations and ensure the reliability and performance of their systems.

You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, and you'll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our advanced engineering projects. You will be responsible for leading and managing project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage advanced engineering projects within the Engineering Test Services ValFac team
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices

Travel, up to 10% may be expected.
