Administrator - In - Training (Finance)



If becoming a health care administrator in the field of long-term and rehabilitative care interests you, join our team as an Administrator in Training!

The AIT program provides training so that candidates gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. It prepares candidates to manage a long-term care facility; working side by side employees in a long-term care setting, they learn the ins and outs of each department and receive mentorship from experienced leaders in the industry.

AIT Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
  • Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels.
