Associate Manager, Marketing & Account Strategy (Creative Design)

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

Distill client RFPs into strategic, creative marketing proposals that align with Hearst's brand values

Conceptualize and develop cross-platform programs including custom content, native executions, experiential activations, and direct digital marketing campaigns

Use data, research, and insights to inform smart, effective marketing strategies

Support and manage all aspects of post-sale execution, including event coordination, vendor sourcing and management, and client communication, to ensure a seamless and successful delivery

Ensure high-quality execution across written, visual, and experiential program elements

Manage day-to-day internal and external requests, timelines, and expectations

Maintain oversight of project budgets and delivery schedules

Work in-office from our NYC location three days per week (hybrid schedule)

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, strategy, or media

Experience supporting and managing all aspects of post-sale execution, including event coordination, vendor sourcing and management, and client communication

Strong copywriting skills with experience developing proposals a plus

Familiarity with reading and interpreting RFPs and media plans

Ability to think both analytically and creatively; strategic mindset

Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude

Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to internal stakeholders and senior clients

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Keynote

Interest in and understanding of Hearst's editorial brands is a plus

The base salary for this role is between $66,000 - $69,500. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
