#LI-DNIIn this role, you will collaborate closely with the Construction Project Manager to develop and execute strategic construction plans, offering expert input on constructability and sequencingAdditionally, you will support on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and InstrumentationYou will be responsible to oversee and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, resolving technical issues and ensuring high-quality workmanshipFurther, you will conduct advanced reviews of construction drawings and specifications, identifying potential conflicts and proposing effective solutionsYou will also prepare and manage comprehensive construction documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports, to support procurement and tender processesAdditionally, you will perform detailed material quantity takeoffs and critically evaluate contractor cost proposals for accuracy and valueYou also will monitor construction progress, perform quality assurance inspections, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
