What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy interventions to help residents regain independence in daily living activities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize outcomes
- Document treatments and progress in compliance with state and facility guidelines
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies
What We're Looking For
- Active California OT license required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
