Summary
The HR Coordinator will oversee the full lifecycle of human resource operations supporting a team of over 300 Airport Customer Experience Specialists (ACES) and 48 Supervisors across four major airport locations. This position formulates partnerships within the HR function to deliver value-added service to employees while being required to maintain an effective knowledge of the organization's strategy, culture and industry. This role ensures efficient staffing, compliance with HR and airport regulations, support for training and performance processes, and proactive employee engagement strategies.
This is a field facing, fast-paced position that requires agility, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to support a diverse and highly dynamic airport service workforce. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
