What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Foster a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Work closely with nurses and other STNAs to deliver top-notch care
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
