Sales Operations Specialist (Sales)

Position Summary:  Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for identifying process improvements, developing strategies to identify new partnership opportunities, increasing conversions, and driving revenue growth.

Priorities:

  • Organize and lead response teams for national account RFPs and annual business reviews.
  • Facilitate regular reviews and communications with referral partners, including submitting program results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct monthly call evaluations, maintain performance leaderboards, and provide actionable coaching insights to entire sales team.
  • Collaborate with external marketing consultants under department leadership guidance.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and assist with compliance reviews.
  • Lead and create a Social Media Strategy to continuously improve our public appearance across all online review platforms.
  • Manage responses to ensure all reviews good and bad are answered.
  • Implementation, training, and optimization of HubSpot, particularly for Branch Team leadership and operations teams.
  • Create and Manage the Sustainability Programs including review of our current platform.

Other duties:

  • Quality Assurance: Develop systems to monitor of quality of surveys and calls.
  • System & Process Coordination:  Ensure adherence to processes.
  • Communication:  Create a monthly newsletter highlighting sales performance updates, initiatives and improvements for internal stakeholders.
  • Tools & Systems Support:  Serve as a knowledgeable resource on sales tools like HubSpot CRM.

The pay range is $55,000 to 66,000 salary equivalent. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Technology Skills:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers.
