Summary
As a Floor Technician at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our community. Located in Ohio, this position is essential to ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our residents and their families.
This is a great opportunity for someone with prior floor care experience or general housekeeping experience. This role is vital to the over all look and feel of our community and is responsible for creating a great first impression to staff, residents, families and visitors.
Starting rate of pay for this position is: $13 an hour

Responsibilities

Perform routine floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Conduct carpet cleaning and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure all areas are clean and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
Assist with custodial duties as needed to support overall facility hygiene.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
Maintain equipment used for floor care and report any malfunctions.
