The annual base salary range for this position is $82,600 - $103,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Your skills will drive project success and business growth. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on an On-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
- At least 15 years of proven experience in technical facility or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic components, including PWB troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Strong guide and mentoring skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Perform electronics modifications, including component replacement, re-soldering, solder inspection, jumper wire placement, etc.
- Perform testing on accelerometers
- Perform test station assembly, qualification, troubleshooting and repair
- Perform board-level component troubleshooting and repair
- Work with Facilities team to integrate new test equipment
- Perform electronics testing using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Manage lab equipment inventory and provide feedback on lab improvements
- Document procedures and findings and effectively communicate these to key stakeholders
