Line Packer (Finance)

JOB SUMMARY

Capable of packing quality parts. Must be able to operate press at the pace they are cycling as required by work instruction.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Packing product on pallets and racks
• Performing and documenting quality checks
• Remove finished parts from press
• Inspect parts for quality such as fill, fusion, post expansion, etc.
• Identify proper packaging container and ensure completed bundle is properly labeled
• Maintain accurate count per bundle
• Maintain 5S activities
• Complete any required paperwork
• Perform other duties assigned
• Reports to Production Supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 18+ years of age
• Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 40+ hours a week
• Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, bending and reaching
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling (25lb max)

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Safety glasses
• Hearing protection available
• Steel toe shoes
