Day of Coordinator-LF (Food Services)

The Lodge at Liberty Forge is looking for a Day of Coordinator for a large wedding and banquet facility located on Liberty Forge Golf Course in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Serve as the on-site event contactEvent set-upEvent Supervisor serves as the liaison between guests and staffCommunicate with vendors to confirm timelines & specific requestsExecute customer's wishesCeremony assistanceTimeline executionSupervise and assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet areaMaintaining cleanliness and having a general awareness of all sanitary practicesServing ordered food and beverages to guestsMenu knowledgePresent with professional appearance and mannerismsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProvide prompt and courteous service to event guestsEvent BreakdownWeekend availability is a must
Will work rehearsals & weddings.
Pay based upon skill & experience.
