Assistant Treasurer, Global Treasury (Finance)
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As an Assistant Treasurer in the Global Treasury team, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health, liquidity, and treasury operations of the organization. Your expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation will contribute to effective cash management, capital allocation, and compliance with financial regulations.
In this role, you will impact Advance Materials by ensuring efficient cash flow, optimizing capital structure, and minimizing financial risks. Your strategic oversight of treasury operations will enhance liquidity, facilitate growth initiatives, and safeguard the long-term financial stability of the company.As a Senior Director in Treasury at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, driving stability and growth through effective risk management, cash flow optimization, and stakeholder engagement while also leading a diverse team to enhance employee performance and foster an inclusive organizational culture.YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or corporate finance roles
- Proven track record in treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, debt/equity financing, investment management, and banking relationships
- Prior experience developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics
