Senior Advanced Engineer Support Specialist-COMAC

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

Experience supporting license renewal, released and documentation for COMAC and compliance and auditing experience highly preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of engineers to provide advanced engineering support for projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience with quality management systems and processes.

WE VALUE

• Advanced Engineering degrees such as EE (Electrical Engineering) or ME (Mechanical Engineering).

• Experience supporting license renewal, released and documentation for COMAC. ( between China and USA)

• Experience with Compliance and Auditing

• Experience in engineering support or related roles.
