THE POSITION
As a Program Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing a team of projects managers/technical staff and ensuring the successful execution of programs. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs.
You will report directly to our Senior Program Director and you'll work out of our Houston, TX or Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
