Summary
As a Nursing Home Administrator at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facilities. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a compassionate environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

This position comes with a starting negotiable salary of $100,000.00 annually
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service.Lead and supervise staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional development.Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety.Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare practices.Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively.Foster relationships with residents, families, and the community to ensure satisfaction and engagement.Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance.
