Job Summary:

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for collecting, validating, and standardizing customer-facing content published on the MyIntelisys Partner Portal, including supplier sales guides, digital tools, and technology evaluations. This role combines strong organizational skills with strategic thinking about how content is structured, maintained, and delivered to support an excellent partner experience. It involves managing cross-functional relationships, coordinating inputs from suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring that all content is consistent, clear, and actionable. A structured, process-driven mindset is essential, as this position plays a key role in shaping how content flows across the portal and contributes to partner success.

Responsibilities

Content Collection & Standardization

  • Collects, reviews, and validates content from internal teams and supplier partners for publication on the MyIntelisys Partner Portal
  • Ensures submitted materials follow established formats to support consistency, comparability, and clarity
  • Standardizes and organizes supplier information for effective use in sales guides, technology evaluations, and digital tools

Editorial Quality & Publishing
  • Edits and proofreads content for tone, accuracy, formatting, and alignment with distinct audiences, including sales partners and internal users
  • Uploads and maintains content within the content management system (CMS), following publishing and retirement workflows
  • Supports ongoing improvements in language clarity, visual presentation, and user experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinates with supplier services, marketing, education, and partner-facing teams to gather inputs and align messaging
  • Manages timelines and expectations for content updates, ensuring visibility and accountability across contributors
  • Builds strong working relationships to support shared deadlines, priorities, and process improvements

Content Processes & Tools
  • Maintains structured workflows for content intake, editing, approval, and publishing
  • Tracks and prioritizes incoming content requests, supporting visibility into status and next steps
  • Uses AI-assisted tools, where appropriate, to enhance content formatting, proofreading, or summarization efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (2+ years)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and copy-editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple content updates and priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing workflows
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences
  • Demonstrated organizational strength and follow-through on process-based work
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing input from multiple stakeholders

Preferred
  • Experience working in technology, telecom, or SaaS-related industries
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content optimization
  • Exposure to structured content principles (e.g., templates, metadata, reusability)
  • Familiarity with AI-supported content tools (e.g., grammar, summarization, or formatting assistants)
  • Experience using task-tracking or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)

Compensation:

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
