What You Will Do
In this role theBehavior Technicians are responsible for:
Delivering high quality in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and school settingsAttending regular staff training and staff development programsMeeting regularly with Supervisor'sMaintain accurate data collection
Shifts Available
Part Time 20+ hours per week- Non-Exempt. Schedule TBD
Salary Range
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $18.61 and $23.75 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

High School Diploma/GEDExperience working with children and familiesMotivation to continue learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).High ethical standardsPromote positive morale and team cohesionStrong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, and work independentlyCommunicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, supervisors, and youthsCA drivers license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
