The Project Manager is responsible for providing support to the Service Director, Service Team, and customers. Responsibilities include liaising with customers and determine needs, providing clear and precise instructions on the work order for the technician, estimating and scheduling the work required, following through to make sure the work is completed correctly the first time in a timely manner and invoicing and collecting payment in a prompt and timely manner prior to vessels departure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide support to Service Director, Service Team, and customers
Determine all needs and act as liaison between customers and Service Director
Provide clear and precise instructions on the work order for technicians
Estimate and schedule all required work
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner
Generate invoice for all work provided by service departments
Collect payment in a timely manner
Continuously meets ongoing company goals
Available to work overtime when required to meet deadlines


Technical and Physical Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior marina experience preferred
ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 20 pounds


Minimum Soft Skills Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers' needs
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context
Organizational skills are a must
Detail oriented and ability to multi task are essential skills
Ability to use discretion when trusted with confidential and sensitive information or materials
Eager to engage in a growing, fast paced, and industry-leading company
Exceptional time management and problem solving skills
