Office & HR Manager (Administrative)



Position Summary
The Office & HR Manager is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and HR needs of Beatty Development Group. This role keeps the office running smoothly, assists with basic HR administration, and provides general support to the leadership team and staff.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail, filing, and equipment coordination.Serve as the main point of contact for IT vendors and building management for office maintenance and technology needs.Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and supporting company events.Greet visitors and coordinate logistics for meetings.Help organize internal communications and occasional company programs or events.
Human Resources Support
Coordinate the recruiting and hiring process for new talent alongside the various hiring managersAssist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, policies, and benefits enrollment.Maintain employee files and HR records.Support benefit administration by coordinating with providers and assisting employees with basic questions.Help track time off, evaluations, and staff updates.Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
