Sr Operational Ex Analyst (Finance)



As a Sr. Operational EX Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational processes. You will report directly to our Sr. plant Director and you will work out of our Minneapolis, MN and Plymouth MN location on a Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you have a significant impact on driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the organization delivers world-class customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $104,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.   • 6 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer experience management is preferred.
