JOB SUMMARY
The Director of IT Solutions Delivery at Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC) provides leadership in delivering innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions that align with the organization's Vision 2030. This leader combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, focusing on transformational technologies that improve whole-person care, enhance the experience of those served, and boost organizational performance across housing, health, and human services.
This position oversees cross-functional delivery teams and enterprise projects across various systems, including EHR, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, automation, and vendor-integrated platforms, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence. This position is a mission-critical leader in VOACC's commitment to serving vulnerable populations through integrity, compassion, and service excellence. The Director, IT Solutions Delivery must embody and promote the agency's core values, while using technology to amplify impact and foster transformative experiences for employees, partners, and the people we serve.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft certifications) highly desired.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive IT leadership experience in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit environments.
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-level IT projects in hybrid environments.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and Electronic Health Records system administration.
Proven track record in managing cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance.
