General Purpose
The Senior Vice-President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Internal Investigations will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the internal investigations process within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that all internal investigations are conducted thoroughly, impartially, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The Senior Vice-President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer will work closely with various departments to identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues, and will provide guidance and support to ensure the integrity of the company's compliance program.
Essential Duties
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or internal investigations, with a strong background in managing complex investigations.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in compliance or related field (e.g., CCEP, CFE).
Experience in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to compliance and internal investigations.
Working Conditions
This position may require occasional travel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
