What You Will Do:

In June 2026, we will begin a new cohort of future leaders in our two-year Engineering Development Rotation Program (EDRP). The rotational nature of this program is designed to accelerate your early career development in the organization, build a strong network, and prepare you for the rigors of engineering and designing products aligned with the Clarios business strategy. Assignments vary by business need, providing on-the-job learning with challenging deliverables. Upon completion, you can settle into a role that we mutually agree upon within our Product Engineering organization. Your rotational experiences enable you to experience expedited career growth and new opportunities.
