Elekta is seeking an intern to contribute to our company by ensuring customer data accuracy regarding installed products.  Assisting functional teams to leverage data in a meaningful way resulting in best business value and savings.

Responsibilities –

  • Collaborate closely with senior members of the BLOSS team to strategize, design, and implement data quality improvements program using data warehousing concepts and contacting customers when required.

  • Create reports and dashboards using different business intelligence tools.

  • Document methodologies, processes, and results for future reference.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by senior management.

Qualifications –

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Employees must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program

  • Analytical and process redesign skills, including problem solving, quantitative reasoning, workflow process, etc.

  • Prior experience in building dashboards and reports

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Project Management experience is desired with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and effective time management skills

  •  Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Customer Focused Mindset

  • Flexible and Adaptable mentality

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

The base salary range for this region is $20/hr.
