Reporting to: Senior Director, Product Management

We're looking for an ambitious and curious Product Manager to join our Gaming Ads team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of immersive ad experiences in games-where creativity meets performance, and player delight meets monetization.

You'll work alongside experienced PMs, designers, engineers, and analysts to define and launch innovative ad formats that feel native to gameplay. If you're passionate about games, excited by the intersection of design and monetization, and eager to learn how great products are built, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of new ad formats that enhance player experience while driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Conduct competitive research and player insights to inform product decisions.
  • Help manage product roadmaps, timelines, and feature prioritization.
  • Analyze product performance using data and player feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate product updates and insights clearly to stakeholders across product, design, and commercial teams.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in Product Management or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for gaming, user experience, and product development.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
  • Internship or project experience in product, design, engineering, or business strategy is a bonus.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $92,920.00 - $171,814.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
