Adult Programming Coordinator (Education)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Services Manager, the Adult Programming Coordinator works collaboratively to develop, deliver, and coordinate high-quality, relevant programs, events, and initiatives for adults throughout Cecil County. Responsible for all aspects of planning programs and events for adults including generating ideas, booking presenters, logistics, coordinating and seeing special events through to completion. Plays an active role in identifying, securing, and managing grant funding to support and enhance adult services. Consistently provides caring, non-judgmental customer service to all.

EQUIPMENT:
PC, laptop, networked equipment, AV and presentation equipment, fax, scanner, printer, digital camera, wireless equipment and other electronic equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work requires light physical effort in the handling of materials, up to 25 pounds. Requires sitting and use of computer and keyboard for extended periods of time. Ability to travel to branch/outside locations, as required.
FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT: Exempt
SCHEDULE/HOURS: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Additional flexibility for evening and weekend programs required.
