Operations Clerk 3

Starting Rate: $21.39-$26.75 per hour for day shift with a $.50 an hour shift differential for night shift.

Work Hours: Day shift, 8 hour shift. 7am-3pm or 7am-5pm

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for the SOUTH PLANT.

As an Operations Clerk, you will:

Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations by:

• Responsible for conducting monthly safety audits & track Safety AIR for your department
• Responsible for leading monthly LSAT/LQAT meetings
• Ordering supplies for your respective department
• Participates in resolving quality complaints
• Updates the communication boards
• Correct errors within Datamerge daily
• Create job aids
• Maintain records, compile reports, file, perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Assist with inventory Management
• Assist with ELearning by coordinating with supervisors when employees will be trained and assist employees with any issues within ELearning
• Prepare job packets and make sure all components are on hand for each job

Qualifications:

• Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds

• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
