TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is a seeking full-time Customer Service Lead to join our Toll-By-Plate department in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Job Summary: The Customer Service Lead position will provide assistance with various revenue collection efforts within the Toll By Plate Department in our Customer Service Center. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday, as scheduled between 7:30a and 6:00p.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Compile data for revenue collection efforts
Research individuals/companies with multiple accounts that aggregately have a significant outstanding balance
Assist the Financial Analysts with compliance and fraudulent account maintenance tasks
Work with the Toll Enforcement Supervisors and Staff as needed, including processing appeals, performing image review, handling inbound telephone calls, and administering payment plans.
Education:
High school diploma required
