Student Assistant (Finance)

Hourly Rate: $16.00/hourly

Position Summary:

This part-time position is only available for students attending the USF St. Petersburg campus and will be supervised by the HRE Graphic Design Coordinator virtually on the Tampa campus. This is not a remote job. Office space and technology will be provided on the USFSP campus.

Description Overview

The primary responsibility of the Student Graphic Designer is to help design communication and marketing materials for USF's Housing & Residential Education (HRE). This position focuses on developing and maintaining our 3D renders of our residential spaces through Foyr. This designer will create 2D design materials as needed.

Although no 3D design experience is required, this candidate should have a strong interest in learning to navigate in a virtual 3D space. Basic ideas of how 3D development works and interior decorating in a virtual space should be rapidly understood and quickly applied.Minimum Qualifications

• Be enrolled at the USF St. Petersburg campus.
• Be in good academic standing with the University of South Florida.
• Available to work 10 - 20 hours per week.
• Must be available to work during the summer of 2026.
• Previous experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to quickly learn to navigate in a virtual 3D space.

• Design a variety of marketing materials for prospective students, current residents, and departmental staff across all 3 campuses.
