Role:
The Edge Data Center Technician role is an excellent introduction to the world of mission-critical network and facilities infrastructure. In this role, you will provide first-class support to Edge Data Center and Network customers within the 24 x 7 x 365 Network Operations Center (NOC) that serves as our front line for network, data center, and security issues. This position is responsible for responding to Edge Data Center support requests, resolving customer issues, and responding to and triaging alarms. Edge Data Center Technicians also support delivering new network services, data center customer installs, and troubleshooting. You'll be expected to interface frequently with customers and vendors, so excellent communication and organizational abilities are paramount. The right individual for this opportunity will have a passion for technology, be a thorough planner, and be detail-oriented. The Edge Data Center Technician must be able to work well in cooperative efforts but also be driven and take initiative on tasks that require independent work.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our office work model working in your assigned office and datacenter space. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Compensation: A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
