🌟 What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee nursing staff on your shift
• Deliver top-quality resident care with compassion and professionalism
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with healthcare standards

✅ What You Bring:

• A current California RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and nursing judgment
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems like PCC (preferred)
• A positive attitude and a love for team-based care
