Clerk I Warehouse (Information Technology)



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Receiving incoming products and materials.

a) Verify the accuracy of paperwork to be received.
b) Input receivers into Ross, print GRN and apply to packing list.
c) Print labels as needed for products received.
d) Transfer products into the location as located by forklift operator.
e) Checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing for processing.

Transfers
a) Transfer finished goods in system after receipt is confirmed after unloading
b) Put in location determined by forklift driver.
c) Notify all parties of shortages/overages at time of receipt.
d) Transfer materials as requested to B6 warehouse from B1 warehouse. Email packing list with transfer information.
e) Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
f) Weighing and counting items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.

Inventory
a) Reconcile inventory by bin location for warehouse B6.
b) Confirm receipt and label application of products in location.
c) Check when Product comes out, report against Ross inventory.
d) Confirm adjustments made to Ross by lead and manager.
e) Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
f) Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
g) Cycle counting.

Shipping
a) Type shipping documents in Ross.
b) Confirm all shipments are in Ross
c) Confirm all transactions are completed in Ross.
d) Apply seal to paperwork packet.
e) Assist shipping and checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing for processing.
f) Preparing parcels for mailing.
