- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and menus
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Collaborate with dietary staff to create a positive dining experience
- Help maintain kitchen organization and inventory
- Experience in cooking for large groups (healthcare or hospitality a plus!)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
