Healthcare Business Analytics Lead Analyst - eviCore (Finance)



Responsibilities:
  • This position is responsible for supporting organizational capability and driving the execution of projects within the eviCore Client Analytics team.
  • Supports the delivery of regularly scheduled client material, ad hoc project support, and supporting the Manager in all aspects, taking on individual contributor projects provided by, and with direction from, the Manager.
  • This role will investigate, organize, strategize, and execute the plan for any project in support of the eviCore Analytics team, including those related to client-facing deliverables, process improvements, data needs, tool discovery and selection, product implementations, delegated tasks, troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.
  • The Lead Analyst is expected to bring a level of SME, often working across Analytics teams, as well as across business partners such as IT, Finance, Client Management, Sales, and Product.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, computer science, data science, information systems and/or related technical field strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, data warehousing and business intelligence experience implementing data visualization solutions preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare insurance industry preferred
  • High degree of business acumen, contributing to efforts to grow the organization and increase revenue; demonstrated ability to develop relevant metrics and use metrics as a basis for communication and continuous improvement
  • Experience with BI/Reporting or Analytics platform such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAS, SQL, SSIS, or other comparable tools.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,200 - 125,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
