This role is located at our Williamsville, NY facility. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 2 remote days per week.

Your Role:

  • This role is integral to the success of collecting on VAR, RLR, ITAD & Mobility accounts by mitigating bad debt and meeting cash forecast as well as providing a positive customer experience.
  • Responsible for review and actioning order release in two ERP's
  • Collecting and order release for open A/R related to ongoing subscriptions, products and services.
  • Work with medium level of supervision and have excellent customer engagement skills and collaboration skills that will drive timely collection of payments from customers and bring issues to close.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and consistently manage a portfolio in a way that has a positive impact on Company working capital and positive customer experiences, while mitigating bad debt.
  • have the ability to release orders within SLA's and addresses order release escalations efficiently.

  • Effectively manage portfolios and have a high success rate to negotiate payments, collaborate to bring issues to close and release orders within SLA's.
  • Have a growing knowledge of the business and is able to navigate with various other areas internally to bring issues to close, i.e. Customer Service, Sales, Vendor Management, Transportation.
  • Successful in portfolio/tasks assigned and have excellent time and organizational management skills, can prioritize, identify issues and self-escalate as needed.
  • Excellent peer team player skills and a positive viewpoint. This person is highly engaged in learning the Business and has a drive to succeed and effectively manages their portfolio with management/mentor oversight.
  • A continuous preference to learn, embrace change and contribute time and ideas associated with the evolution of the Company and more specifically, the Credit Department. Ask questions and communicates ideas, volunteers for learning opportunities and volunteers for opportunities that will grow their knowledge.

What You Bring To The Role:

  • 3 years of work experience preferably in a credit, collections or customer service role.
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong Customer Engagement Skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Strong Organization Skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel.
  • Proficiency in use of internal tools leveraged in day-to-day.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $53,500.00 - $85,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
