What Youll Do (Essential Responsibilities)
As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the GMs office and providing support for business priorities. Responsibilities include:

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the GM.

Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project management.

Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and special events.

Manage expense reports and reimbursements for the GM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Manage the reception team, ensuring professional front desk coverage and excellent guest interactions.

Follow all policies and procedures in accordance with BMW, Principle Auto Group, and the Associate Handbook.

Complete all required training by BMW and Principle Auto Group by the assigned deadlines.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related tools.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
