What You'll Get to Do

The Maintenance Specialist is focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while ensuring safety compliance and supporting efficient operations and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

 

This role is perfect for an individual who approaches their work professionally, loves to be a part of a team, and wants to help us get better every day.  A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

 

Job responsibilities include:

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and production systems across the plant.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, machine installations, and equipment modifications as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols including LOTO, fall prevention, confined space entry, and NFPA 70E compliance.
  • Accurately document maintenance activities, work orders, and projects using eMaint CMMS.
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient manner.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFD controllers, HMIs, and motor drive controls.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (preferably eMaint) and basic computer applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
